  • Coordination with City of Chicago and American Airlines

  • Overall construction oversight
  • Pay application review and approval
  • Change order review & preparation
  • Schedule, budget and design management
  • AA station coordination
  • Contract administration and purchase order preparation
  • Administration support including invoice preparation
  • Establishing program budgets
  • Assisting in leasehold analysis / impacts
  • Establishing project financial and scheduling controls
  • Installation of owner furnished items
  • Coordination with the TSA
  • Coordination and installation of Airline Backwall graphics

  • Reimbursement of Airline expenses associated with capital projects
  • Implementation of Airline ticket counters, inserts and SSDs
