R.M. Chin provided Owner’s Representative services to the Chinese American Service League (CASL) for the construction of the CASL Community Center. The Community Center project scope included the design and construction of a new $7 million, 37,000-square-foot, two-story building located in Chicago’s Chinatown community to serve as the headquarters and base of operations for CASL. During this project, we were involved in all aspects of pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases.
