R.M. Chin serves as the Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program (TRIP) Airline Liaison where we are responsible for program management, airline tenant advocacy, and tenant coordination during the relocation of Airlines such as American, United, Jet Blue, Delta, Frontier, US Airways, and Alaska, in Terminals B, C, and E. The scope of work for this 7-year program includes new self-service technologies, improved security checkpoints, new baggage handling systems, new concessions, and an overall infrastructure upgrade to the 4 original Terminals and related parking garages at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
