As a subconsultant to Amec Foster Wheeler, R.M. Chin is providing project management and program controls for this collaborative Iowa Department of Transportation and Illinois Department of Transportation project to replace the I-74 bridges over the Mississippi River as well as interchange ramps and local roadway improvements in Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa, and Moline, Illinois. The full project is expected to be complete by 2021.

R.M. Chin recognizes that schedule control is an essential project element and is working with all team members, agencies, and stakeholders to develop a master schedule to encompass all anticipated phases, milestones, and key coordination dates.
