R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin) is pleased to announce the addition of new leadership in our Irving, Texas office. Kevin Wheelis, Associate AIA, has joined R.M. Chin as Regional Manager.
An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in all facets of architecture and engineering – from planning and programming to construction inspection and project management, Kevin brings to R.M. Chin his deep technical expertise on luxury residential, hospitality, and airport/airline terminal and infrastructure improvement projects. Kevin’s most recent work includes eight years as a project manager on the Terminal Renovation and Improvement Program at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) where he oversaw the design and construction of Terminals B & E.
With a history of effectively delivering well-designed and well-documented projects on schedule, Kevin will be working on the American Airlines Employee Support Space project recently awarded to R.M. Chin. In addition to his project duties, Kevin be focusing on expanding our market opportunities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects.
