R.M. Chin & Associates strongly believes in contributing to the communities where we work and live. On September 17th, members of the R.M. Chin team participated in the 5th Annual Midway Fly Away 5K Run and Walk – raising more than $3,000 for Special Olympics Chicago.
Sponsored by Special Olympics Chicago and in partnership with the Chicago Department of Aviation and Southwest Airlines, this unique, family-friendly race permitted runners, walkers, supporters, and volunteers to view regular airport and airline operations while participating on a secure portion of the runway near one of the Southwest Airlines hangars at Midway International Airport.
“R.M. Chin has been serving Midway Airport for over 25 years. It’s our responsibility to support the airport and its community,” said Eileen Chin, President of R.M. Chin & Associates. “Thank you to all my team members, the Midway Airport team, and the Special Olympics for such a great event.”
The event’s benefits will go towards the year-round programs enjoyed by more than 7,500 Special Olympics Chicago athletes.
