R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin) provides a wide range of professional services to the Illinois Tollway’s Program Management Office (PMO). This month, we recognize R.M. Chin’s Chrissy Rivers for her dedicated service to the PMO where she tracks projects under the 15-year, $14 billion Move Illinois program.

“My role has evolved greatly from when I first started at R.M. Chin and also on the PMO team where I earlier provided document control support. I have many more responsibilities as a Contracts Specialist and it is my most challenging role to date. In this role, I make sure contractors are on track with submitting their paperwork for proposed contracts to the Illinois Tollway Board of Directors, to then set up the Notice-to-Proceed dates,” explained Chrissy.

Reviewing and processing project documentation is fast paced, so Chrissy recharges with impromptu vacations with her 10-year-old daughter, Jill.  “My daughter is the reason I get up in the morning. She is my world and makes me a better person every day. I like working at R.M. Chin because we are all treated like family: everyone personally cares about my well-being.”
