Ray and Eileen Chin as “Trailblazers” in honor of Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month

May marks the time of year to recognize the contributions made by Asian-Pacific Americans as well as the struggles they have overcome. This year the Illinois Lottery has featured Ray and Eileen Chin as “Trailblazers” in honor of Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month.
