Amy Jenkinson was recently promoted to Managing Director for R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin)’s Airport Owner’s Representative contract with the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA). As Managing Director, Amy will oversee approximately $1 billion in capital projects at O’Hare and Midway International Airports and manage approximately 100 employees assigned to the various CDA departments supporting the Owner’s Representative contract.
An industry veteran, Amy has more than 20 years of aviation experience working at airports nationwide for both the public and private sector. Her expertise is focused on project management and client representation during planning, design, and construction of airport capital improvement, tenant, and concession projects. Amy is also skilled in initiating and implementing terminal, ground transportation, and support facilities. Her experience includes Site Manager for the CDA’s Capital Improvement Program and she also served nearly 10 years as the Terminal Planning Manager for the Atlanta Department of Aviation.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Airway Science Management from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL.
