Wolf Road Corridor Study
R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) Public Involvement Team served as a subconsultant managing stakeholder outreach for the Wolf Road Corridor Study, a collaboration between the Village of Indian Head Park and Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways (DoTH). Initiated in 2020, this Phase I Study aimed to address roadway deficiencies and enhance safety along a 2.3-mile stretch of Wolf Road from 79th Street to Plainfield Road. For more information on the project, please see the project website (WolfRoadStudy.com).

Outreach Management
CHIN managed stakeholder outreach for the study, leading all engagement efforts and developing communication materials. The team oversaw the creation and execution of the Public Involvement Plan (PIP) to ensure a seamless flow of information and communication. Outreach goals included providing stakeholders with a transparent view of the project and fostering inclusive engagement to encourage diverse, honest feedback.
Public Meetings
CHIN led the coordination of Corridor Advisory Committee (CAC) meetings and Public Information Meetings (PIMs) for the study. The CAC—comprised of key stakeholders—served as project ambassadors, providing local insight and input at key milestones. CHIN planned and executed PIMs as platforms for transparent communication, sharing project updates, alternatives, and preferred solutions while actively gathering public feedback and supporting collaborative decision-making.
