R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided civil design services for the Chicago Department of Aviation as part of the O’Hare Modernization Program (OMP). Our involvement focused on three key projects: the Taxiway LL Phase II Extension, Spine Road Relocation, and Taxiways Alpha and Bravo Rehabilitation at the O’Hare International Airport (ORD).

The Challenge

The East Taxiway Improvements project aimed to enhance operational efficiency and safety. One of the primary challenges was overhauling existing infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of aviation operations while adhering to stringent regulatory standards.
