Civil Landside Planning at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provides project management and construction management services for Civil Landside Planning at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to support the Infrastructure Capital Program. The second largest of the Civil Landside Planning projects is the $32M East West Connector, which spans 1.9 miles and includes two bridges.

About the Project

The East-West Connector will introduce a four-lane divided arterial roadway in eastern Tarrant County, designed to improve connectivity to DFW Airport. Key features include two 12-foot travel lanes in each direction, separated by a grassy center median, with paths for pedestrians and cyclists. Bridges will span Bear Creek’s 100-year floodplain and the Trigg Lake emergency spillway to manage water flows.
