CCDoTH Various Pavement Preservation and Rehabilitation Projects
R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) is the prime consultant, providing the Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways with various design engineering services. Our project managers will lead the preparation of preliminary engineering and environmental studies, design engineering plans, and specifications for roadway improvements following policies from the County and the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT).
The various Cook County projects focus on pavement preservation and/or rehabilitation while maintaining the existing pavement footprint. Traffic signal upgrades, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) sidewalk and ramp upgrades, and drainage infrastructure replacement or repairs may also be included as individual projects.
