  • DFW Integrated Operations Center

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) served as Program Manager on the new DFW Integrated Operations Center (IOC). In this role, CHIN was responsible for developing the program timeline, budget, and overall facility activation. CHIN oversaw a cross-functional team, including the professional consulting team responsible for organizational change management, process development, including KPI development, and technology and systems integration.

  • FPCC Dan Ryan Woods

    The R.M. Chin and Associates (CHIN) team provided program management services for site improvements at the Forest Preserve District of Cook County’s (FPCC) Dan Ryan Woods. As a sub-consultant to Wood PLC, this contract was under FPCC’s Landscape/Civil Capital Improvement Program and included design and construction oversight.

  • Cook County DCPP Provident Hospital Clinical Triage and Stabilization Center

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided construction management services as a subconsultant for Provident Hospital’s new Clinical Triage and Stabilization Center. This important mental health support facility is part of the $400 million Cook County Health and Hospital Portfolio. The CHIN team played a crucial role in ensuring the project’s successful completion.

  • FPDCC Campground Program

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) was selected as Program Manager/Owner’s Representative for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County’s (FPDCC) Campground Program to oversee approximately $28 million in campground capital improvement projects. CHIN administered the complete design and construction of five new campgrounds located throughout Cook County. The campground amenities included cabins, toilet/shower buildings, shelters, RV and tent pads, concession buildings, and all supporting infrastructure and utilities. After opening the new campgrounds for the inaugural 2015 camping season, the FPDCC received reservations from more than 15,000 patrons and campers. CHIN received the 2016 Project Achievement Award from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Chicago Chapter for our role as Program Manager/Owner’s Representative.

  • Cook County DCPP Health & Hospital Portfolio Management

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) is a subconsultant for the Cook County Department of Capital Planning and Policy’s Health & Hospital Portfolio Management, providing program and project management services for various projects throughout the county. The CHIN Team’s expertise in medical-specific construction and knowledge of infectious controls and sensitive environment coordination is an asset to this portfolio.

  • American Airlines JFK Terminal 8 Expansion

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided program management services for the American Airlines (AA) Terminal 8 Expansion Project at John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport. CHIN’s team worked alongside AA and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ) to modify and create two new gates and upgrade three other gates while also expanding the Terminal 8 footprint in two different locations. This project was a critical early component of the $13 billion JFK Redevelopment Program, allowing British Airways and Iberia to collocate at Terminal 8 with American Airlines.

  • American Airlines ORD Hangar II Replacement

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided Project/Program Management services for the relocation of the existing American Airlines (AA) Hangar II replacement at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD). The scope of work included the construction of a new hangar (Hangar II) adjacent to the existing AA Hangar I and the relocation of the current building user groups for the development to develop Runway 9C.

  • American Airlines ORD Phase 2 L Stinger 3 Gate Expansion

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) served as Program Manager for American Airlines during the construction of a new L Concourse Stinger at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD). The Chicago Department of Aviation’s $55 million investment in expanding the L Concourse Stinger is a continuous effort towards ORD’s major $8.5 billion terminal expansion plan.

  • SAT Terminal Development Program

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) is providing program and construction management services for the San Antonio International Airport (SAT) Terminal Development Program (TDP). CHIN’s team will provide initiation and process analysis, program delivery framework, program management oversight, and as-needed services as a subcontractor to Freese Nichols on the $2.5 billion investment, which will overhaul and modernize several terminals.
