  • DuDOT 1900 Building

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided owner’s representation and project management services for the DuPage County Division of Transportation (DuDOT) 1900 Building (Yellow Freight) Project. This multi-purpose building serves as a maintenance and storage facility essential for county operations. It houses people, equipment, and materials.

  • Millikin University David J. & Debra C. Rathje Athletic Center

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided owner’s representation services for constructing Millikin University’s David J. & Debra C. Rathje Athletic Center. Millikin referred to CHIN as the “Project Advocate” responsible for the project’s successful delivery on time and within budget. CHIN’s team provided project oversight and coordination for the 16,000 sq. ft. new multi-use facility.

  • FPDDC Mayslake Hall Exterior Rehabilitation

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided full-time onsite owner’s representative services, construction management, and project management for the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County’s (FPDDC) Mayslake Peabody Hall (Mayslake Hall) Exterior Rehabilitation. Mayslake Hall was constructed in 1921 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The team ensured that maintaining the building’s original character was a top priority.

  • Northwestern Lake Forest Laboratory

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) is providing owner’s representation services for the Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital Pavilion Expansion – Laboratory, part of the hospital’s broader $390 million expansion program. This project, as part of Phase Two of the Pavilion Expansion, involves relocating the existing laboratory and developing a new 9,500-square-foot facility.

  • Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital Master Campus Plan

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provides owner’s representation services for Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s Lake Forest Master Campus Plan. CHIN serves as the subconsultant in all phases of this project, and CHIN’s team assists Northwestern’s construction department. This three-phase project includes a new parking garage, new hospital pavilion wings, and renovation and reconfiguration of the existing structure.

  • FPDCC Campground Program

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) was selected as Program Manager/Owner’s Representative for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County’s (FPDCC) Campground Program to oversee approximately $28 million in campground capital improvement projects. CHIN administered the complete design and construction of five new campgrounds located throughout Cook County. The campground amenities included cabins, toilet/shower buildings, shelters, RV and tent pads, concession buildings, and all supporting infrastructure and utilities. After opening the new campgrounds for the inaugural 2015 camping season, the FPDCC received reservations from more than 15,000 patrons and campers. CHIN received the 2016 Project Achievement Award from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Chicago Chapter for our role as Program Manager/Owner’s Representative.

  • PBC 31st Street Harbor

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided owner’s representative and project management services for constructing a 2,700-foot-long breakwater, developing approximately four acres of new park space, and establishing a state-of-the-art harbor facility just south of the existing 31st Street Beach. Our experienced team was committed to ensuring the success and sustainability of this exciting waterfront development project.
