The $323 million undertaking included improvements to Midway’s security checkpoint and concessions area, as well as construction of a new pedestrian bridge.

  • DuDOT 1900 Building

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided owner’s representation and project management services for the DuPage County Division of Transportation (DuDOT) 1900 Building (Yellow Freight) Project. This multi-purpose building serves as a maintenance and storage facility essential for county operations. It houses people, equipment, and materials.

  • FPDDC Mayslake Hall Exterior Rehabilitation

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided full-time onsite owner’s representative services, construction management, and project management for the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County’s (FPDDC) Mayslake Peabody Hall (Mayslake Hall) Exterior Rehabilitation. Mayslake Hall was constructed in 1921 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The team ensured that maintaining the building’s original character was a top priority.

  • Cook County DCPP Provident Hospital Clinical Triage and Stabilization Center

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided construction management services as a subconsultant for Provident Hospital’s new Clinical Triage and Stabilization Center. This important mental health support facility is part of the $400 million Cook County Health and Hospital Portfolio. The CHIN team played a crucial role in ensuring the project’s successful completion.

  • Cook County DCPP Health & Hospital Portfolio Management

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) is a subconsultant for the Cook County Department of Capital Planning and Policy’s Health & Hospital Portfolio Management, providing program and project management services for various projects throughout the county. The CHIN Team’s expertise in medical-specific construction and knowledge of infectious controls and sensitive environment coordination is an asset to this portfolio.

  • CCDoTH 175th Street Construction Management

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) is providing construction engineering and project management services to the Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways (CCDOTH) for the reconstruction of 175th Street from Oak Park Avenue through Ridgeland Avenue and on Ridgeland Avenue from 175th Street to Oak Forest Avenue. This project supports Cook County’s Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and resonates as a signature
    improvement for advancing the County’s $1.31B 2023 to 2027 Multi-Year Program. In partnership with the Village of
    Tinley Park, the improvement demonstrates the County’s willingness to promote community and economic
    development to adjacent municipalities.

  • PBC 31st Street Harbor

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided owner’s representative and project management services for constructing a 2,700-foot-long breakwater, developing approximately four acres of new park space, and establishing a state-of-the-art harbor facility just south of the existing 31st Street Beach. Our experienced team was committed to ensuring the success and sustainability of this exciting waterfront development project.

  • American Airlines DFW High C Gates

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided project management services for the construction of the new state-of-the-art High C Gates at Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport on behalf of American Airlines. The five new American Airlines gates in DFW’s Terminal C opened on June 1, 2022, featuring several enhanced amenities. The facility construction utilized modular construction technology, setting a new standard for DFW. The High C Gates are part of a larger, future Terminal C Pier project at DFW.

  • DFW East West Connector

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provides project management and construction management services for Civil Landside Planning at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to support the Infrastructure Capital Program. The second largest of the Civil Landside Planning projects is the $32M East West Connector, which spans 1.9 miles and includes two bridges.

  • Aer Lingus JFK Terminal 6 Lounge

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) is providing project management services for the new $6 million Aer Lingus Lounge at John F. Kennedy International Airport. As the prime consultant, CHIN is overseeing every phase of the project to ensure its successful execution. The CHIN team’s combined expertise is instrumental in delivering a high-quality, well-coordinated lounge that meets Aer Lingus’ standards and enhances the passenger experience at Terminal 6.

  • American Airlines ORD Hangar II Replacement

    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) provided Project/Program Management services for the relocation of the existing American Airlines (AA) Hangar II replacement at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD). The scope of work included the construction of a new hangar (Hangar II) adjacent to the existing AA Hangar I and the relocation of the current building user groups for the development to develop Runway 9C.
