The R.M. Chin and Associates (CHIN) team provided program management services for site improvements at the Forest Preserve District of Cook County’s (FPCC) Dan Ryan Woods. As a sub-consultant to Wood PLC, this contract was under FPCC’s Landscape/Civil Capital Improvement Program and included design and construction oversight.

Millikin referred to CHIN as the “Project Advocate” responsible for the project’s successful delivery on time and within budget. CHIN’s team provided project oversight and coordination for the 16,000 sq. ft. new multi-use facility.

(CHIN) provided full-time onsite owner’s representative services, construction management, and project management for the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County’s (FPDDC) Mayslake Peabody Hall (Mayslake Hall) Exterior Rehabilitation. Mayslake Hall was constructed in 1921 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The team ensured that maintaining the building’s original character was a top priority.

This project, as part of Phase Two of the Pavilion Expansion, involves relocating the existing laboratory and developing a new 9,500-square-foot facility.
